Was Kelly Ripa make a splash as Ryan Seacrest signed on to co-host “Live! together with Kelly along with Ryan” on the 17th of January, 2017?

Ripa has been in the news recently after criticizing her late “Live!” the patriarch Regis Philbin in her first memoir, in which she claimed the legendary broadcaster had made her life extremely difficult behind the scenes. She further added insult to injury by revealing that their communications were almost absent when he retired in the year 2011.

Following Philibin’s departure, Ripa was cast with Michael Strahan for four years before he took a snap departure from the show for an additional role in “Good Morning America.”

Five years later, she and Seacrest’s partnership It appears that she’s found the right person to make her star status shine as Seacrest has been able to bring his charismatic charmand his rolodex of well-known contacts onto the daytime television showtable.

Sources have told Fox News Digital that Seacrest was always “easy to work with” even when his schedule was full of responsibilities. Seacrest, who is a budding media entrepreneur, not only hosts multiple shows on different platforms, but he also operates behind the scenes as a producer on a few of the most popular television shows. The estimated value of his net worth is $450 million according to The Celebrity Net Worth.

“He was a consummate professional and extremely easy to work with,” an insider claimed. “He was very busy, as he is always was doing several jobs at once, but was kind to everyone and well-liked.”

It appears as if “Live!” viewers have been noticing his effort, as an Instagram user wrote in the first part of his post, “The show’s ratings go up because of you. She is a boring host,” one user added the fact that Seacrest is “the star of that show.”

Seacrest was employed for more than 10 years as an afternoon radio host at an alternative channel located in Southern California before replacing longtime morning show host KIIS-FM, Rick Dees, in 2004.

In 2002 the year 2002, he was the first to make the “American Idol” debut and has remained on the show for over more than two decades, working with numerous director, judges networks, and reboots. At the time, Seacrest was so highly desired that he was offered an agreement for two years on “Idol” for $30 million.

Simon Cowell, the creator of the cult singing competition has resigned to judge the show in the year 2010 to focus on another of his reality series, “America’s Got Talent.”

In 2017 Seacrest posted a throwback photo along with Randy Jackson and Cowell, noting “They’re gonna kill me for posting this #tbt.”

Cowell was reunited with the the original judge Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson on the latest episode the talk-show hosted by Kelly Clarkson and revealed that his “No. one desire” is the opportunity to “make an additional show” along with his original “Idol” team.

“Our legacy, genuinely, are the artists who we discovered over the seven-year period. That’s what I’m most proud of. The show’s ratings were great, that’s one thing, but it’s who has come through the process and has made it all worthwhile,” said he declared. “And that’s why genuinely, if I could choose who to work with all over again, I would work with these guys again.”

As Seacrest had been hosting the No.1 most watched show in the nation and was building on his success at E! News and securing an agreement worth $21 million to host coverage of the red carpet as well as other programs. One of his biggest accomplishments was establishing and earning executive producer credits for the show with the highest ratings that airs on the E! network “Keeping The Kardashians Up to Date. “

What was intended to be a normal meal at a sushi restaurant that included Randy Jackson turned into one of the most important occasions of his life in the moment that Seacrest got introduced to Kardashians.

“I remember it so clear,” Kim recalls their first meeting as co-hosts of “Live!” with Ryan in 2017.

“I was having dinner at this restaurant in Los Angeles called Koi,” Seacrest stated before launching into a discussion that he had that he had with Randy Jackson in 2006.

Seacrest was quoted as saying, “He and I were having dinner … He says, ‘Yo yo yo, Kardashians are over there. They’re going to be hot man. They’re going to be something.”

Kim said, “We were having dinner with our friends. We had no TV show career, aspirations or anything. Randy says to us, ‘Man you gotta work with Ryan. You gotta do something, you and Kourtney. You have to do something. We had no idea what he was even talking about.”

“Yo Randy, thank you,” Seacrest declared prior to Kardashian adding, “I dont think Randy gets credit for that.”

“Keeping Up with the Kardashians” first was aired beginning in 2007 in a half hour reality show and helped propel the entire family to celebrity status. The final season, the 20th episode of the series premiered in 2021 and was later transferred to Hulu.

Seacrest then reconnected his way into a variety of spin-offs, like “Khloe and Lamar,” “Kourtney and Kim Take New York,” and Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami.”

Before Seacrest began his battle with the role of Kardashians the show was hosting “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve” and was in charge of the majority of the speaking duties due to Clark’s poor speech after recovering from stroke. The show was changed to “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest” in 2009, and Seacrest was appointed director along with hosting responsibility following Clark’s passing in 2012.

In 2021, before Seacrest’s 17th anniversary at Times Square when the ball dropped the ball, he signed a long-term agreement extension to keep hosting The New Year’s Eve party for a definite duration.

Seacrest was not free of controversy. In the year 2018, an ex- E! stylist was accused by Seacrest of misconduct with a sexual nature. This prompted an investigation by an outside source. After two months the lawyer concluded that there was “insufficient evidence to substantiate allegations against Seacrest.”

Seacrest was Ripa’s most powerful all-time ally on TV when Seacrest became a regular on “Live!” in 2017 for a long-term co-hosting job following Michael Strahan’s sudden departure.

Strahan who was absent from Ripa’s new book, despite being by her with her for four years, beginning the year 2012 when he announced his departure from the show within few minutes after Ripa was informed.

In her latest book she wrote about having difficulties working with Philbin from 2001 to 2011, and the reason she was not permitted to make use of her makeup and hair stylists, and she didn’t have a clothing budget.

Ripa added the name of her “had to be smaller than Regis’s appearing on the “Live!” title card, as well as on the branding.

She said that the host’s invitation was not without a warning “They want to make sure you know who your boss is.”

Despite her turbulent experience being a part of Philbin professionally Ripa was able to recall enjoying her moments with the television show presenter in real life. Philbin died following a heart attack in the year 2020.

“Off camera and outside of that building, it was a different thing,” according to Ripa. “The handful of times we spent together, I so enjoyed. We went to the same resort once on vacation, and he came to a dinner I hosted – one of the favorite nights of my life. I never laughed so hard.”

A “Live!” insider has revealed a divergent story for Fox News Digital and said, “Regis just seemed not nice. That’s it. Kelly was way more friendly and down to earth.”

However, many of the people who are close to Philbin and his wife, such as Kathie Lee Gifford said having worked with Philbin was a wonderful experience. “I worked with him for 15 years. We never had one unkind word between us,” Gifford said.
